LOGLINE

At the brink of their 30s, two gay exes fight for the ownership of their small apartment. As they reunite for this conversation, old memories challenge the future of their relationship.

THE FILMMAKER
Sean Romero is a student filmmaker from

Mapúa University who has worked in various

rolessuch as a director, writer, and producer

in different student films. His craftrevolves

around Queer narratives, human behavior,

and melodramatic stylings. Notable for his r

ecent short narrative film Cut/Off, he has been

qualified for different film festivals such as

Sinepiyu (bagging Best Director and

Best Narrative Film), Pelikulaya International

Film Festival, and Gawad Alternatibo (bagging

Special Citation for LGBTQIA+ Narrative Film).

Humantao Film’s
Established in 2022, Humantao Films is a

collectiveof Filipino student filmmakers united

by the belief that every individual possesses a

unique and valuable story. With a passion for

storytelling, our team is committed to bringing

these narratives to the forefront of the cinematic

experience. Notable films from Humantao include

The World We Left, Tawa Na Lang Tayo, First Day,

and Dreamcatcher, each reflecting our dedication

to diverse and compelling storytelling.
