We are proud to announce the films of the filmmakers in the ALT-R HEROES 2024 New Horizon section competing for the Gawad Balangaw. The New Horizon Section is a curation of films about gender from emerging filmmakers.

The New Horizon section will have its gala screening on February 16 at 4PM.

Awarding Ceremony will be on February 20 ALT-R HEROES Film Festival 2024 happens on February 16, 19 & 20 at the UPFI Film Center in Diliman, and from February 16 to March, online in Gagaoolala  and iWantTFC.

This year's edition of ALT-R HEROES is presented by GagaOOLala, the global LGBT+ and BL streaming platform.
